Text-to-Speech (alerts and attendance calls): Simply type in a text message and have it converted to a male or female voice and send a call to your designated list. You may now create, copy or edit a previously entered messages in English and then have it converted to Spanish using our online translation tools. You may upload a list of parents to be called by selecting attendance calls after creating your attendance alert message. Support for automated FTP and SIF compliant feeds for attendance calls and database updates.
Emergency communication messages: Inform and update parents and staff within minutes of a time-sensitive or emergency situation, such as weather-related cancellations, water main breaks, electrical power outages at a school or lockdowns.
Community outreach: Administrators may record their Community outreach message to keep parents informed and involved in school activities, reminder notices, open houses and sporting events.
